        Totally unreliable. Had to email this firm to check that he was coming to fit a new boiler. He said that I had not confirmed so job not booked. Agreed another date and was told "I will book you in then and I will see you just after 9am." Phoned when he did not turn up to be told that "because I had not confirmed I was not booked in". I replied how many more times must I say OK to a job booking.
