This company has let me and my disabled son down so many times and now they won't even have the courtesy to get back in touch they were also supposed to fix a gas fire they said it needed a new part which they took from the fire and they have not been to replace it but have been paid to do the work I have also asked them so many times to give me the part back they keep saying they will but still not received it as I need the part back so I can call someone reliable to do the work Services: Heating system installation, Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance

Was feeling nervous as never had central heating so required full installation in property with solid floors downstairs. From moment Andy came to give me a quote to completion I was made to feel relaxed and kept informed at every stage. First the quote Andy was able to help me meet requirements and stay in budget. Due to unfortunate illness day before the start date was delayed by 1 day but showing his complete professionalism and courtesy Andy came round in the morning to inform me personally rather than just ri going or texting absolute 5star rating for that. Work commenced the following day Andy came and introduced the initial 2 guys Jason the obvious lead and young kenzie his assistant. Unfortunately Kenzie was ill on day 3 but Jason to his credit turned up and worked alone then was joined by Ryan on day 4 when the installation was completed despite the late start and bei g short I man one day the guys had promised me all along I would have the system up and running by the weekend and they were true to their word. Well done guys. There were a couple of unforseen issues not least of which was discovering a steel girder running right across where piping had to go but Jason was not perplexed just got on and found the right solutions obviously very experienced and cool headed. I am pleased with the result I believe the workmanship to be of a very good standard at least to my untrained eye All 3 installers involved(Jason, Kenzie and Ryan, were very courteous and very professional but especially Jason who I had most contact with. After completion all materials and waste were removed from the premises abd each day the guys tidied up and left it so I could carry on with normal access to water gas and electricity etc. This was a big job well approached and especially given time of year, December, I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend Andy and the crew to anyone. And if I have any more projects they will be my first port of call. They obviously will have the annual boiler service work from me. 5 star well deserved. just had to use Pickups again to sort out a Gas Inset Fire. As always they attended when they said they would. As always the engineer was polite and competent. We've used Pickups for many years for both a New Boiler installation, Central Heating issues and various other heating changes/issues. They are a pleasure to deal with and I heartily recommend them Services: Heating system installation, Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
