Where do i start. He said pressure was low on pipe work so arranged for gas board to come out and fix it. They then condemed the work and i had to get it rectified. Also left the thermostat not working with small children in the house so had to arrange an electrician myelf. Boiler then started leaking. Said he would come and never did after 3 weeks of chasing, had to source another plumber. Terrible company. Avoid like the plauge... In response to your reply, I didn't need it doing quickly. You proposed all the dates. I was gappy to wait. The surprises were noted on the day, you just chose to leave. The team fitted a boiler for me 3 days ago; I was really impressed with their work ethic. I had an old heating system and they explained the conversion process in layman's terms for me and what and why they were stripping from the old system. I'm really happy with my new boiler and going to go ahead and get my bathroom refurbished with them.
