I have used Mark for all my plumbing and heating needs for over 10 years and have always received a top class service. The man is a gentleman, so respectful and never talks down to you just explains what is wrong what is needed to repair the issue and how much. I have always found his pricing to be very fair and never taking advantage of the situation even when coming to do an emergency repair on Christmas eve day and leaving a family function to do so. I have recommended him to over 30 people and I always get the same response. What a truly nice guy. My current tenant is the one who has put the mr vendetta review which is rich from someone who isn't and has no intention of paying her rent. It is my understanding that she has been found to constantly spew untruths about numerous people and makes false claims without hesitation. Recently had to deal with this guy in a new property I am renting. He was supposed to be doing the gas safety certificates. Three times he arranged to come and never showed up: claimed to be on an emergency each time but didnt get in touch to say he wouldnt make it. Then he starts with "family emergency" "he wasnt well" "his mum wasnt well" etc incredibly rude on the phone. Then he states "you said you work from home, which means I can show up whenever..." that is not what I stated: I stated I CAN be flexible, which means moving my work load round to accommodate HIM. The third time he did it, I told him to forget it and he would not be attending my property. He clearly does not think twice about intimidating tenants and thinks he has some kind of authority over them: I rent due to the nature of my job and the privacy it affords me over being a home owner. He is a plumber. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional and has left my landlord in a very vulnerable position legally. Try me with the defamation claims Mark's and I'll wipe the floor with you in court.
