Needed only toilet unblocking on a Sunday morning. It was urgent as I have an elderly relative who is housebound. Only when plumber arrived on doorstep was I told there was an oncall charge of 150 plus 90 to actually do the job. I expected an oncall charge but was taken aback by amount. As plumber was there and it was urgent I agreed. So 240 for 15 minute job. Subsequent research tells me that 150 appears excessive for this oncall charge so I strongly advise future customers ring round and ask for all charges upfront. I will never again have this company. and cannot recommend them. Also needs to amend website which says 'no call out fee'. Service: Toilet repair

Attended within just 20 minutes of my initial call regarding a leaking kitchen mixer tap. Friendly and tidy and resolved issue quickly by installing a new part. Carried a vast variety of equipment and spare parts in his van enabling almost almost any job to be resolved rapidly in just one visit. Accepts payment by cash or bank transfer via your banking app and supplies detailed receipt for parts & labour. Fully recommended and have saved into my contacts for future use.
