Called about heating system not coming on. He was already tied up on a personal matter so wasn't able to get out, but spent 15 minutes on the phone with me walking me through a lot of possible solutions to fix it working with me to diagnose what it most likely is. We went through a number of possible cause until he refined it to what the most likely cause was. Unfortunately he was unable to come out as fully booked, but how many trades people today would take the time to do all of that with you for free to help you - certainly not many, so considering there was no charge and it was late in the evening I'm really impressed. Came across as very genuine, wanting to help, and didn't charge, you literally can't fault that, so definitely recommend.
