Rick Slattery Plumbing & Heating

Rick is absolutely brilliant no job is too small for him, my very elderly Mum lives in Blackpool and me (Son) in Manchester so not easy to get a plumber to do my Mums tap repair but for Rick not a problem all arranged by text and the odd call. I cannot praise him enough he was on time, professional and excellently priced what more could I ask for, its a weight off my mind to have someone like Rick I can rely on for my Mums plumbing needs. Ricky is a fantastic plumber and so helpful and goes above and beyond . He has helped us out on numerous occasions with various plumbing issues and will be at our home within an hour of calling him. I dont usually recommend people but I have recommended Ricky to so many people who agree with me about how refreshing it is to find a reliable , trustworthy , professional person who actually turns up when they say they will and really cares about what they do .

Rick did a lovely job installing a Blanco sink and a tap for my Mum. There turned out to be a manufacturers problem with the tap and Rick returned more than once to get it resolved. He kept going until Mum was happy with the tap, which was lovely, he obviously looks after his customers very well. Mum lives on her own and would be easy to fob off, but Rick looked after her brilliantly, until all was good. He returned to sort out gas certificates and did everything needed. Lovely job, thank you Rick.

Got Rick's details from a friend as a recommendation. Although we did not contact him until the afternoon and he was working some distance away from our neck of the woods, he was prepared to come out to us 2 hours later. Very impressed that he responded with a visit on the same day and despite the late-ish hour was able to solve the problem, explained what he did and left giving us some very helpful advice.
