Yum Yum

"I recently visited Yum Yums, a local kebab shop that I had heard positive reviews about. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From start to finish, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. To begin with, the service was incredibly slow. I placed my order and waited for what felt like an eternity for it to arrive. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service, with no apologies for the delay or explanation of why my order was taking so long. When my order finally arrived, I was immediately disappointed with the presentation of the food. My kebab looked like it had been hastily thrown together and lacked any real attention to detail. The meat was overcooked and dry, the salad was wilted and looked like it had been sitting in a container for far too long, and the sauce was runny and tasted bland. It was clear that little care had gone into the preparation of the food. As soon as I took my first bite, I knew that something was off. The meat was tough and chewy, and it tasted like it had been cooked and reheated multiple times. The salad was flavorless, and the sauce did nothing to improve the taste. Despite my disappointment, I decided to push through and finish my meal. Unfortunately, my decision to do so was a mistake. Shortly after leaving Yum Yums, I began to feel unwell. The initial symptoms were minor, with a slight stomach ache and feelings of nausea, but they quickly escalated. By the end of the day, I was experiencing severe vomiting and diarrhea, and I knew that I had food poisoning. I was incredibly frustrated with my experience at Yum Yums. Not only had the food been poor quality, but it had made me ill. It was clear that the hygiene and food preparation practices at the restaurant were seriously lacking, and I could not recommend it to anyone. In conclusion, my experience at Yum Yums was one of the worst I've had at a restaurant in recent memory. From the slow service to the poor quality of food to the food poisoning, there was nothing redeeming about my visit. I would advise anyone considering eating at Yum Yums to think twice and opt for a different establishment that takes food safety and customer satisfaction more seriously."

I ordered, I waited around an hour. The food never turned up but was marked as delivered. I called the restaurant the guy kept saying the number of my house wrong and didnt know anything about the order. Then he said it had been delivered. It had not ! I was told to wait outside the address, so I stood in the freezing cold for 20 minutes no on arrived again! I rang them back. I was then told I have had the order even though they had just started they would send it me. I could hear another male In the back ground saying it would take too long to cook that now ! I was then informed there is nothing they could do after waiting an hour and a half and spending money that hasn't been refunded for something that hasn't been delivered. NEVER AGAIN. The worst food service I've ever had!

Very nice people. When I ordered 2 cans of pop and asked them to replace one of the cans with a bread roll, they gave me 2 cans but gave me a bread roll for free :) thank you for that by the way
