        I spoke to 111 who advised me to call this pharmacy for a consultation as I injured my back and was in absolute agony. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and at one point laughed at me. Called another pharmacy and they where extremely helpful and I manged to get the pain relief I needed. So disappointing that certain individuals can damage a company's reputation simply by not understanding the basics of customer service.

        Pharmacy doesn't open at 8.45 as claimed, I waited outside for 10 minutes this morning before giving up.

        I am absolutely disgusted with the pharmacy. I get my Fostair for asthma relief from them and the last batch stopped working after less than half the deliverable doses. They have refused to exchange and told me to go write to their HQ. This is important medicine that ensures I do not have asthma attacks. It really is beyond belief and I recommend people do not use this pharmacy.
