The staff here are lovely and are working under pressured conditions. They're always friendly and helpful. I've witnessed customers being incredibly rude and aggressive to people who are simply doing their job, and the staff have always handled it remarkably. Whilst service is slow at times, that's due to the amount of customers, not problematic staff. Lovely service which I will continue to use

My Grandad has dementia and severe heart problems, and he relies on his weekly friday prescription. Prescription was not received today and they tried to tell him that he couldnt have his medication (which he needs to live) until Monday, and that he has to pay for prescriptions (he doesnt) Im absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy for how they have treated my Grandad. But thankful for my Dad getting involved, but dread to think what would have happened if my Grandad didnt have family to help.

119 phone calls in two days is all you get is the person is on another call or ring ring ring ring ring ring ring for over a minute then knocks off, ten days for a prescription is ridiculous I paid 60 for delivery service but I have to phone them each time to deliver it why cant it be automatic 119 calls up to now just to tell them to deliver it
