        Would have given 0 stars if possible! Ordered several items online. No contact until I contacted the customer service one week after. Claimed that they have dispatched items via Royal Mail and provided me with an invalid tracking number. I kept tracking this number on Royal mail and couldnt get any info under this number for another week. The Nordchem customer service again claimed that they contacted the Royal mail customer service and found the package has been sent to a local depot for random investigation which is NOT true as I called Royal Mail customer service and was told the tracking number is invalid and they would not send any item to a depot for investigation without recording the activity under the tracking number. My order has never been dispatched! BE AWARE this business is a SCAM business!

        Dreadful. Asked them to save me one bottle of medicine and when I got there had sold it. No phone call to say sorry dont come in so I went all the way there for nothing. Not impressed
