You have to be a mind reader to be in to get your medication delivered. you get a text most of the time on the day they say they will deliver. If you are out anywhere you have to get back for the medications. They give you two tries at getting your medication. That is fine if you do not want to do anything on the second day other than sit waiting at the door. No morning or afternoon delivery given or time. you have to guess. You cannot go for a shower, in your garden. The day is spent waiting for the delivery. The girls are helpful. Antony is fantastic. He does the blister packs. He goes the extra mile for you. His hands are tied by Lee. First delivery i missed as Cohans changed the delivery to a week earlier without telling me. The second attempt i had went into the shower as district nurses were coming. Yes missed the door being knocked. No more deliveries on Lees orders. Being on the Liver transplant list changes nothing for Lee. Got another Chemist the same day with a delivery service where you do not have to be a mind reader. The NHS does not provide Cohans with the money to do deliveries. Yes i was informed of that when asking for my medication i really needed. One months medication i would have been without. Personally i would not deal with this Chemist. Antony is the only good thing about this Chemist. ( my opinion.)

My partner got text saying her medication will be delivered in the afternoon, it's now 18:30 and no medication, no call from the pharmacist to say that there was a problem with delivery, in my personal opinion this is very bad customer service, what does it cost to make a call to inform somebody what's happening about their prescription , delivery ???? I feel a customer care course is needed, then you will know how to treat their clients
