We have used this branch for the last 2.5 years and always found the staff really helpful and pleasant thank you to all the colleagues that work there.

Nothing to add to the to the other 1 star reviews that that has not already been said. Complaint after complaint, apology after apology, and nothing changes. Just to be sure, I am referring to the Waterloo Road branch in Blackpool.

1 or 2 Terrible counter staff, look like they can't be bothered, I'd sack them.. pharmacist seem ok.

Come to this store if u have alot of time on your hands. 40 mins to get a 2 item prescription when i was the only person in store. 10 min for anyone to ever acknowledge me. Waste of time.

Seems noone takes the time to praise the good service but always have time to complain. This chemist from my experience is the best chemist in blackpool. They always try to help meet your needs regardless of how busy they are. The staff are polite no arrogance, rushing to get off the phone or dismissive nature's and they have a sense of humour. I hate people having several conversations while on the phone e or shouting in background. There is none of that totally proffessional..
