Well Blackpool - St Pauls MC

So my brother sent me to see if they had done him a prescription for an inhaler, to which the rudely said to me 'check before you come here so your not wasting our time' I was doing it on behalf of my brother who was told he'd have an inhaler to collect. This isn't the only time they have been rude to me. I was to collect a prescription for myself for tablets that I was on trail with, to help with my mental health so the doctor only gave me a certain amount for and would only renew 4 weeks after first appointment. They have also gave me out of date tablets. Honestly they are so rude and also feels like they don't want to be there.

Absolutely discusting service by this pharmacy. Rude staff. I put my email in on Wednesday they got it Friday. I left it til Monday was waiting in qu dor half hour to be told it's not ready. I returned on Wednesday still not ready and it's Thursday now and I've been told to use another pharmacy.i would recommend everybody avoids this pharmacy

I wouldn't give any stars but as a lady as already stated you can't leave a review otherwise!!! I have returned home fuming over the attitude of a pharmacy assistant who seems to have zero people skills. I stood for 10 minutes prescription in hand and wasn't acknowledged at all so when this assistant appeared munching on something I asked her if she could serve me as I had been waiting for ten minutes to which she did the biggest eye roll ever, sighed and told me they were busy, I explained that we are all busy, I have a job too!!! She then in earshot said to the pharmacist, you had better do hers as she's been waiting for two minutes, very sarcastically, I said I had heard what she had said and I would put a complaint in, which I will be doing. This assistant should not be working with the public, who by the way keep her in employment as she has a major attitude problem. Funnily enough though, as slow as this chemist is and always has been, long before any virus, they can't half shift if you are able to get there around six o clockI am not a rude person at all but just a bit of acknowledgement from the staff in St Paul's chemist would be all it wouldve taken instead of ignoring the customer, absolutely will be avoiding there in the future that's for sure.
