Would give 0 stars if possible, very unprofessional and rude, was talking about me behind the counter so loudly that the whole shop could here, making nasty comments, extremely rude on the phone and even worse in person, changed my nominated pharmacy the moment I stepped out of the shop, most unprofessional business I've come across in a long time, would never recommend (minus 5 out of 5)

Ordered my meds which is a repeat prescription on 7.12.22 went to collect 13.12.22 so with plenty of time... Got told my meds weren't there and that I hadn't given sufficient time. Got shouted at by staff in front of a shop full of people left panicked and upset (the meds I collect are for mental health) Came outside checked my app which said 'meds ready to collect at your nominated pharmacy' so I went back in and showed the staff, the reply I got shouted at me was 'just because it says it's ready doesn't mean it is'... So I queried why it would say such a thing to which I got shouted at again and was told 'i can't give you something that's not here' to which I said I can appreciate that but what I didn't appreciate was being spoken to the way I was and humiliated in such a way I was made to feel stupid and caused me to have a panic attack all whilst I was on my lunch break at work. Got back to work and phoned the GP and explained the situation and the receptionist gave me a barcode to check against the pharmacy's system but she did confirm that the prescription had been sent. I phoned the pharmacy and they ran the barcode on their database and the lady's attitude completely changed 'oh yes my lovely we have them here' but they weren't there 15 mins ago? Went to collect them had to get authorisation from work to leave I was greeted by another woman who was absolutely lovely and when I asked her what had happened she said I don't see why you couldn't get them half an hour ago they've been here the entire time so I queried it again and she explained the pharmacist that had signed them off wasn't even in that day so it just confirmed they'd been there all along. The prescription labels all were dated 8.12.22. The other staff member that was rude originally (short dark hair)was also really rude to the lady that gave me my medication They definitely took advantage of my vulnerability in this instance and need to re-evaluate their attitude because I can assure you I will not be spoken to like that again.

My doctor sent a prescription for emergency meds to the pharmacy yesterday at 2.30pm.i called in today at 11.30 to pick up my prescription and was told they had not recieved it.i telephoned my doctor to see what was going on and was told it had definitely gone through. Back to the pharmacist to be told again they had not recieved it.i then phoned the doctor again who asked me to ask the pharmacist to check thier "spine".so back to the pharmacist and hey presto my prescription was there and ready. May i suggest that if the workload is too much that they employ more staff or give up the contract to supply prescriptions from doctors surgery. A course on public relations wouldnt be a bad idea either. The staff's manners are appauling and the lady who finally gave me my prescription never uttered a word just thrust the packet in my direction and walked off no address or name check just a dirty look. All i was requesting was my much needed prescription instead i got lies and excuses. What kind of service is that!!!!!! phone the doctor Phoned
