        Worst service and staff I have ever encountered in my life. Surely the hospital or lloyds themselves need to start heeding the sheer number of negative reviews

        The counter assistant is very matter of fact and abrupt!! Was informed that it would be 25 minute wait that was actually 45 minutes and just after having had chemotherapy that is a long time ti have to ait and wait qhen everyone is coughing around you !!

        Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Waiting time for prescriptions upto 1 hour. Staff need training in customer service.
