Honestly my worst experience with a chemist, when I phoned the woman working today was rude and dismissive so me and my partner went to the pharmacy as I am in urgent need of the medication my doctor sent to the pharmacy, even after calling my doctor to confirm they had sent the items and that it was the correct address the same rude woman told me my life saving medication wasnt there and Id have to deal with it till tomorrow as an autistic adult I am bad in situations like this but both me and my partner are disgusted by the way we were treated today, I dont know the staff members name but it was the older woman that was working today

Im amazed by the negative comments on here for this pharmacy. I moved to Well Langdale Place after 20 years at the one in Asda, due to how completely disastrous it had become. The staff in this pharmacy are helpful, polite and friendly, a far cry from the branch down the road. This is a community pharmacy which is what a pharmacy should be. Its just a shame they cant dispense something for the misery guts leaving daft reviews
