my mother had to call me because she was unwell, was on hold on the phone from 5pm, while nearly there at 5.45 was told the pharmacy was closed and offered a prescription to take somewhere else!!

I heard you this morning badmouthing customers over spelling their name for you. The lady was being perfectly pleasant but clearly you thought she was treating you like you were stupid. Perhaps youd like to do that when another customer isnt in the shop or better still, not at all.
