Absolutely disgusting customer service on the phone. I was enquiring to take my frenchie to this kennels as the reviews was brilliant and noticed on other reviews that other frenchie dog owners have took there dog to this kennels and put very good reviews. I rang up and asked I am looking at putting my dog in your kennels if there is any availability the RUDE woman on the phone replied okay what dog is it so I told the rude woman on the phone that I have a 1yr old Frenchie her response was NO! Definitely not and laughed on the phone I think this is disgusting and Maybe put on your website that you dont allow frenchies Horrible woman
