Adele is amazing, she is fabulous with dogs and the best groomers. My dog has been going to her for 12 years and I would not go anywhere else.

Been going for around 10 years. Made a recent appointment then spent an hour walking back and to from my home with our dog as they've now moved to Red Marsh Industrial Estate which nobody thought to tell me when I booked! When I rang to complain the person I spoke to could not have cared less or been any more dismissive, as apparently it was my fault for not being a regular customer within the last 6 months as I would have known. Utterly appalling way to deal with a long standing customer. Will never go again!

Am only leaving this review as this place came up when I was looking for a behaviourist for one of my dogs. I took my eldest here when he was a puppy for grooming. First time the cut was fine and he came back a happy boy, second time I don't know what happened to him, but he came back an absolute nervous wreck, he was shaking so much that it took me ages to calm him down and ever since this experience he has hated going to the groomers, so much so that I now have to cut him myself and he is now five years old. I would NEVER use this place again for grooming, and as a dog behaviourist/trainer I would forget all about them! Shows you how much interest they have in their own business when the address is given as being in Clevelys despite the fact that they moved to Red Marsh Industrial Estate about 4 years ago. Avoid at all costs, wouldn't give a single star if I could avoid it!
