        Booked my two dogs in For grooming waited over a month for the appointment, went to the appointment was told that my appointment was not on her board did I have one the appointment was there on my phone. No apology just I will take your number and get back to you. I asked how long I would have to wait and she said I dont know I will have to look when I have space. Nothing like I will work late and fit you in as its are fault. Cant understand some people

        Called today for simple dog grooming. They won't do it because of 'experiences they've had in the past with the same type of dog'. Why don't you compile a list of dogs you won't groom and list them...
