        This place should be CLOSED DOWN. The neglect my dog received is heartbreaking, He is skin and bone now! One eye completely closed stinking of urine and now, cant walk, apparently the young staff where told not to walk him as he was old, and he went without food, He is home now, we dont know if he will make it through the night. Karma.

        Very poor care given to my dog. He spent five days here and has come back having visibly lost lots of weight. He has 100% not been properly cared for or even fed. We left 12 pounches with the kennel, enough for 2 a day aswel as dry dog food to be mixed. He has come with 5 pouches still in the box so they have not been given to him. He still has a full box of biscuits, the pack of treats we left hadn't even been opened... his bed stinks of urine and the bottom cushion has been lost... we had booked for another week when we go away again but have cancelled the stay as they have 100% not properly cared for my dog!
