Cannot rate this amazing cattery highly enough. We always use hollyacres for our fur babies - its so reassuring to know that my cats are safe, happy and treated by the staff as they would their own. Sadly during their most recent stay one of my cats became very unwell. Holly and Karen acted immediately and Karen took him straight to the vets for treatment. Once he was allowed back to them all of the team at Hollyacres have taken the absolute best care of him and even sent me updates, photos avd videos ever day. Being thousands of miles away when my fur baby was so poorly was awful and extremely stressful but he was in the best possible care. I cannot thank Karen and her amazing team enough for everything they have done over the last few weeks - the really have gone above and beyond. They are the only people we will trust with our fur babies and if I could give them 100 stars I would!
