I have trained with Rob at RJ Fitness for a few months, and I am more than happy with both my results and the sessions themselves. Rob is incredibly knowledgeable and its clear he tailors his sessions to the person hes training, as opposed to a one-size-fits-all approach.

Would highly recommend Rob as a personal trainer. Ive been to several personal trainers over the years, all great, but Rob tops that list. From the get-go he makes you feel at ease with him whilst ensuring you push yourself to get the most out of each session - an ideal balance for a PT, but not always easy to find. Its also worth noting, I was very nervous about training with a male PT due to personal circumstances around the time. I felt comfortable enough to be honest about with him about this to which he was supportive and accommodating without being overly inquisitive. This hugely improved my mental health as well as getting me to my fitness goals.

I have been training with Rob for just over 6 months and do a joint session with my husband. Rob works out a programme to suit both of us individually, a full work out , concentrating on our problem areas , changing it regularly to suit and keeping it interesting. It works really well and you certainly see the benefits quite quickly. We work using Heart Monitor's , and regularly check BP and Stats for improvements.. You are being looked after from a health point of view while exercising. An hour well spent. I would recommend Rob without hesitation.

Really good quality and varied set of workouts with new ones as and when requested. Also of varying lengths to suit my mood Rob provides online and phone support as needed and all this for an excellent price Really happy with this service.

I have been working with Rob for about 6 months now, and would not hesitate to recommend him. He has a wealth of knowledge, and qualifications to support this He is very flexible regarding as to the service he offers, to fit around your needs. As I am keen to do most of my training at home, he sets me regular programmes on the app to do in my own time, based on the equipment i have, and goes through them with me in his gym. But if I wanted more face to face time with him, he would be happy to do this. He is also very responsive to any queries I raise between my sessions.
