    Tina has helped me to understand what my body needs and to have confidence in what it can do. I've been training with Tina for more than 2 years now, a couple of times each week. I wanted to train with her to improve my overall fitness and also to get stronger. I was worried that as I was getting older if I didn't start focusing on my health I would become frail and weak. She's helped me create new healthy habits that have affected the whole family. Tina has taught me about nutrition too, and that's been transformative for me. The aches, pains and indigestion that had been part of everyday life for years, have gone! I feel fitter, stronger and healthier than ever and love my training sessions in the gym. Tina makes the sessions varied and interesting and I can see the changes that are happening to me as a result. I value Tina's encouragement and persistence; she pushes me to work hard and give my best in every session. I've noticed how much more clearly I think too, as a result of making the lifestyle changes that Tina has encouraged. I'm still a work-in-progress, but Tina has helped me find the enjoyment in exercise, and it's become a priority habit for me each week now. I can't recommend Tina highly enough!!
