Been training with Jake for the past 2 months and it's been exceptional. I started the gym very low on confidence and not knowing what direction to go in but working with Jake has helped me improve my physical and mental wellbeing and i'm proud to be able to call him as a friend as well as a personal trainer! Sessions were mentored to my goals and to generally improve overall fitness and confidence levels.. No two sessions were the same. Jake also did check ups on nutrition and giving me tips on the right foods and lifestyle habits to achieve my goals. In our sessions i was always asking questions to help better myself and improve and Jake had the answers to every question. Extremely knowlegble and very hard - working. Overall, Jake makes the session very fun and is a great motivator and believer in his clients. Jake has pushed me in our sessions and i have been seeing the results at the end of every week. I would highly recommend Jake if you're wanting to achieve your goals in a hard working, fun environment. 10/10.

Been training with Jake for the past month now and hes taught me so much. He makes me feel so comfortable and is realistic about my fitness journey. Its about lifestyle change not just a quick fix. Been training with Jake for the last few months, always really responsive to messages, motivating when not in the gym of my own progress. He creates some really well planned sessions which help me to achieve my goals of losing weight but also increasing my muscle mass! Would defo recommend to anyone looking for a PT!

I really wanted to increase my strength and focus on getting healthy, but a lack of confidence prevented me from going to the gym for years. After enlisting Jake's help, I feel and see physical changes from the sessions, and it's also given me a much more positive approach to exercise overall. Jake pushes me further each time and asks the right questions and listens, to then be able to change up the sessions to align with new goals as they arise. Each session is hard work without being punishing, which I personally find very motivating. Sessions are never boring, and no matter how tired and achy I am, I always feel a great post work out buzz and look forward to the next one. Jake has given me advice on nutrition and additional exercises to do so his support continues outside of the sessions which really helps me stay focused. I feel stronger and healthier thanks to Jake consistently helping me get out of my comfort zone in a way which feels like a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix which was my main goal. If you want a PT who is attentive and will get the best out of you based on your specific goals then I would definitely reccommend Jake!

Started training with Jake before and after lockdown. Signed up for a block of sessions. I was a little nervous about using all the free weights and machines, but after working with Jake I am much more confident in the gym. He is a very approachable PT and also very knowledgeable and designed a program to meet my needs. I would highly recommend Jake if you are looking for a PT
