The manager Chris is absolutely disgusting with attitude his words is he didn't give a st about our reviews. And the attitude towards woman is very sour. Don't use them .

I'd give this zero stars if I could, I very rarely leave reviews. However, I thought i'd leave a review so everyone can mark & avoid this shop. The woman who works on jewellery is the most uninformative & less talkative person i've met in my life. As soon as I entered I had to ask for her help as she was too busy messaging someone on facebook, when I asked her for the price of an item it was almost like I had forced her to do her job! She eventually told me the price, I asked if there's any room for negotiation she replied 'no' she then stated all the heavy gold items have been scraped at the bullion dealers, I then further asked her what price is she buying any gold at (I wanted a price for a bracelet & potentially a chain) and she said we wern't buying anymore, yet the window above where she works says 'buy & sell gold'. From looking at the other reviews left on google i'm not the only person to have a bad experience at this branch. Mark & avoid !
