Concrete driveway cracked after 12 months. Contacted Ian to have a look but never showed up, so contacted again, still never showed up.

All round bad service, which is disappointing. He did my mums patio and several things were very disappointing. Firstly, he turned up a week late and then had to keep being chased to finish the job- poor communication. Secondly, they tried to take full payment before the job was finished- unethical and weird. Thirdly, they talked my mum into having a planter on the side of the house, removed all the soil and then tried to charge her an extra 100 for more soil despite removing tones and tones of it earlier in the week. Fourth, they ruined my mum's shed door so she needs to replace it..they sawing off 10inch to fit the slabs rather than removing the shed door- lazy and incompetent. Fith, they stole 4 cups and mugs from my mum! Sixth, they dumped soil on on grass verge opposite the house- wow! Overall, I'd say this is an unprofessional and unreliable business for the amount of money they charge for their service. I would not recommend. Find someone more reliable!
