Brilliant Opticians it's only my second visit and the time and care they spend with you is the best. From receptionist to the Optician I even told him I wish he was my doctor. Everything explained ring if you have any problems nothings too much trouble I truly recommend them to anyone.

Not very helpful, my arm on my reading glasses came off and was told to come back next week as they don't do those frames anymore, not old at all only got them in april

Really good customer service from the get go, the receptionists talked through everything I needed and even did a hearing test for me after I mentioned I struggle hearing sometimes. The optician was great, he took his time going through everything with me even when I struggled describing things,he went through my previous description and didn't rush me when I wasn't sure if my vision was better with or without the lenses he put on. He explained what was wrong with my eyes in great detail and explained what the plan is for the future and why which reassured me and made me clear on everything. In the end I picked my glasses and they gave me a discount on the eye test, I had the option to pay in full or pay a deposit and the rest on pick up. I was given some eye wipes and a mask that I needed as well, they said my glasses would take 7-10 days but they were done in 5. When I picked them up the customer service was again fantastic he made sure the glasses fit me right and slightly adjusted then when needed before I left and said I could come in anytime if i have any issues.
