        Have been seeing Kelly after my cataract operations. Excellent Opticians very thorough examination. Kelly explained the information I wasn't given at the hospital. Very impressed with the consultation I was given. Highly recommend.

        Having been disappointed by the service of another optician, we decided to go to Bayfields at Cottam & Glaister. From making the appointment to getting new glasses the service was incredible. The care and time spent making sure the prescription was correct was very reassuring and the fitting of the new glasses was done with great professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending this Optician. Such a brilliant service and end product.

        I collected my new glasses realised something was not quite right. I took them back and was served by Nicky, she was amazing, sorted the problem out in no time. I will definitely see her next time. My glasses are great.
