        I attended today for the first time and the staff were all lovely! I had no childcare so had to bring my 3 year old daughter with me and the staff were lovely to her and so understanding, the optician Phillip especially. Will definitely be returning :)

        Called them as I am a customer. Waited for 25 minutes being told how important my call is to them. Obviously it is not that important otherwise some one would have answered. It would have been quicker to drive there than wait to speak to someone over the phone. In the end I ran out of time and had to end the call. What a waste of my time.
