        Came in to ask for cleaning wires for my nans hearing aids. Member of staff (not wearing a name badge) was incredibly rude, waving his hands in my face and interrupting me. Just kept repeating "it's on wood street" and waving his hands. I understand this isn't the audiology branch now but this could have been handled much better
