Absolutely first class service. Picked up my third pair from DDO today, dropped off my frames at 1pm and got a call an hour later to say they were ready. Superb service and value, highly recommended!

Had a pair of one year old bifocals purchased from Asda that snapped in half when I was cleaning them. Asda were not interested in trying to refit my existing lenses into the same frame again. So I went to DD Optical to see if they could help as my husband purchased from them a few months ago and was very impressed with their professionalism. Well, what a pleasant surprise. They not only identified they had other frames that my lenses would fit - and when I selected one they fitted my lenses whilst I waited. Paul and Phil were lovely and approachable. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. Listened to what we wanted and fully explained what products were available. Would highly recommend. Competitive prices and very good customer service.
