Cleveleys Nursing Home

My very dear friend was admitted here as she needed 24hr nursing care. Her partner John & I knew she wouldn't be coming home as she was becoming increasingly frail. The staff were lovely & nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cleveleys Nursing Home & I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Nina, Annette & all the staff for their wonderful care

Great place to stay first class staff

My elderly mother stayed for one month at the nursing home ,the staff were lovely ,Manager Nina was always available to speak to or if I left a message to call me I always got a reply back fast , my mother was very impressed with the food and they went out of the way to buy her foods that she fancied if the food was not in there store cupboards mum had a lovely light and sunny room on the good weather days ,myself and my elderly mother were very happy and have no complaints ,thank you Nina and all your lovely group of team ,

I would like to thank Nina & Annette and there team for taking great care of my partner you hear so many bad stories about nursing homes. But found the staff at Cleveleyss nursing home excellent always friendly and very professional with there care. If you had a problem or wanted to know anything you could ask Nina or Annette and you always got an answer. All the staff were very caring and really good to my partner who was under there care for nine months and I used to visit twice a day four days out of eight for three hours plus per day so I got to see how good the staff were I could not fault any of them. I would definitely recommend the home as I knew when I wasnt there I was confident that she was well looked after and I was always kept up to date. Once again to Nina & Annette and your team thank you for your excellent care.
