Park View Care Home with Nursing

My wife and I had to take the tough decision of putting my grandad into a home. Hes been here 8 months and I've never been happier, my grandad is happy and I leave knowing he's been well looked after, anytime I've struggled to get to arranged visit times I have spoke to the manager Anna and she's went out her way to accommodate. Cant thank the staff enough always polite and smiling. Best decision I made.

Fantastic management, i have worked for Anna for a number of years she is great at her job and ensures all the residents and staff are happy.staff & relatives are really nice to work with, it's a friendly/ happy place of work ,we are like a family unit.

The Registered Manager took it upon herself to send false information regarding my relative and myself, over Facebook Messenger, to an uninvolved third party. . A screenshot of the communication had been taken at some point and this has been passed on to me, so not only is this information unsecure, I am identifiable and the content is defamatory. The Registered Manager, on behalf of the company, does not acknowledge any wrongdoing and says that this method of communication is an acceptable way to share information. She has ignored my requests to put me in touch with the Director, and has not responded to my emails regarding this for over 4 weeks. Update: The ICO informed this company on 2nd March that they had 28 days to issue a better response. The 28 days have now passed and there has been no contact from this company, who appear to believe that they can get away with avoiding their legal requirements.
