Belsfield Care

My mum's been in here for nearly a year now. She's much better off here than the last place, Lytham Court. All staff here are friendly, helpful and attentive. I've had mum out to a church cafe on several occasions with a carer and each carer has been very supportive of mum. They all seem genuinely caring.....much more than it just being something they must do because the job demands it. Mum is always smartly turned out and clean, even under her fingernails which are frequently varnished by her carers. The place itself is always clean with no "old folks home smells" to be found anywhere. The staff are also always very smartly turned out. It was a difficult decision to uproot mum from the previous place and possibly set her back but there was immediate improvement and we're much happier too. Can't really fault the place or the staff, they're all wonderful.

Good company. Always see carers outside in cafes and local trip outs with the residents. Cqc reviews are outstanding. Great standards of care.

Belsfield house, Gives people with dementia a place to feel at home and to be welcomed like one big happy family the staff and facilities are outstanding ever resident is treated as an individual and every need catered for more stars would be given if possible.
