My son was in their care and as a result had his latest hospital visit August 2021 which will be with him for the rest of his life. He could well have be left with life-long effects from a traumatic incident at Little Explorers and as a mum I just wish I had acted on the warning signs beforehand and taken him out earlier and this would have never happened.
My son was on a trike which had no pedals on either side just spindles, very loose headset and all three wheels were extremely wobbly. My son was at the front along with second child on the back of the tricycle and a third child pushing them both. Three children using that same tricycle in that condition in a professional setting ...They fell off and my son being at the front I was told hit his head on concrete.
