Just got back from blackpool and wow what can I say, this venue is outstanding, drinks were cheap, DJ was amazing and so funny, lighting and sound was out of this world and the entertainment was spot on. The place was rocking!!! If I was to nit pick there was a lovely Asian lady supporting her son who was out in drag and she wouldnt use the unisex toilets. We came in for one drink and stayed all night. Well done guys

just curious
Nice looking place but rude dj screamed at us when we went to go upstairs but it was roped off for VIP, it wasn't 'banter' either, no smile on his face, we were told that we didn't look good enough for VIP, loudly, over the mic so everyone stared. New Years Eve and about 20 people in the place, i wonder why.

DJ was great. Lovely young barmaid. Manager was a disgrace. Her attitude was appalling. Our group was on a day/night out and we had been using the disabled toilet all evening (using our own key that we had been given through the NHS) and after a few hours of being there, she rudely told us we werent allowed to use it in that establishment. Weve all met through a personal problem we all have and that is why we use the disabled key and under no circumstances should we be told we arent allowed to use it. Its the law to provide this feature for people like us and I feel so upset and ashamed that weve been made to feel like our disability doesnt matter to her and its small minded people like herself to why we people with disabilities are made to feel different from everyone else. We come to Blackpool every year but we sadly wont be visiting this establishment again and we will be passing our experience onto our support groups and more as these places should face punishment for the discrimination they have given. Remember not all disabilities are visable
