Made a mess of eyebrows half dyed tried to draw them in with pencil bloody joke asked for 23 15 up in Scotland she took my word too about having it done before don't go folks

My nails have been completely ruined. I had gel nail polish and returned for a second visit...the previous polish was removed with a filing machine (no acetone) very abrasive. My natural nails are now like cling film and are ridged and will probably take 6 months to get back in condition. I asked for my nails not to be filed, but my request was ignored. I would never recommend this nail bar.

Technicians spoke to each other in a different language whilst doing our nails, they were very rough and broke my skin with the file. My nails were lop-sided and bumpy. The gel colour application was lazy and didn't cover evenly. Not at all happy and for this shabby service I paid 30.
