I have known Louise for a number of years and benefited from her advice on numerous occasions in the past in relation to property and mortgage queries. We have recently completed on a new home purchase with the plot being reserved during the pandemic. With my income being complex from my self employed role lending criteria constantly changed through 2020 and 2021, but using her knowledge and expertise Louise managed to secure myself & my partner a fantastic mortgage offer and deal. We could not recommend Louise highly enough, she is approachable, friendly and has a very in depth knowledge of the mortgage market. We will be using Louise again in future for our mortgage deals.

Cannot recommend Louise highly enough. The help and service we recieved from Lousie has been far beyond our expectations. With being first time buyers we had a lot of questions, Louise took the time to explain everything we didnt understand thoroughly and professionally. The whole process of dealing with Mortgages By Louise Wood was very easy and stress free. If there was a 6 star rating I wouldn't hesitate to push it. Thank you so much.

I can't thank or praise Louise highly enough for her dedication and personal service in arranging our mortgage. She is well informed, patient and has an empathy with clients that provides reassurance during what is often a stressful time. If everyone involved in the process of house buying/selling offered this level of service it would be no more stressful than buying a pint of milk.
