Today I was in lytham with my baby and was desperate for the toilet, I went to this shop as they hold the keys for the toilets I can use with baby, I was rudely told I couldnt enter the shop due to capacity and that they were busy at the moment but if I waited they would bring the key, after a few minutes the man walked inside and came back out with a scooter and still no key (which you would of thought he would grab whilst in there!). As you can imagine by this point I was desperate but too embarrassed to ask again after being spoken to rudely the first time. I had to run back to my car with my baby and go to my parents house. I am very annoyed at this situation and will be writing to the council regarding them holding the keys. My grandparents have both used this shop before and we will NOT be returning! Maybe the man in the shop should regard how other people may be feeling.
