        my elderly neighbour had a puncture on her scooter, so p phoned asking how much the repair would be with a new inntertube , knowing that they are less than six pounds, the guy said he was not 100 per cent sure but would be around ten pounds, which i thought was a good deal for her, i took the wheel to get it repaired and the bill come to 17.00 , i explained that he said around 10 on the phone, and he said well that is around, so therefore as i said 10,00 to my neighbour i am 7 out of pocket for no fault of my own,
