Dam cheek she said do I want it replaced I agreed ,then noticed it was reduced by 5.00,I said this is cheaper,she retracted the exchange and said the time to return had expired.
Err consumers rights fit for purpose, this snooty manageress refused to do anything,well if you read this,I suggest you know the law,and learn some customer service skills,awful experience don't shop here,all smiles when your spending 80.00 but don't try a return anything it does end here,I shall fight this.
