I would highly recommend Lesley-Anne she is such a lovely caring lady who is so easy to talk to and makes you feel so at ease.she has helped me so much with depression anxiety and low self esteem.Lesley Anne has guided and helped me so much ,after my sessions i always come away positive minded and feel happier in my self. Lesley is amazing I was struggling with my mental health and was struggling with just normal day to day thing with my kids. Lesley has help me believe am good enough and helped me manage my stress levels. Highly recommend
