I can only say good things about this company- read the Trust Pilot reviews! My Franke sink was a good price and arrived in good time. We had a problem with a small part and Appliance House sorted it out straightaway. They answer the phone and reply to emails and then take action. What more could you ask for. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Customer service is good, but they do not package things well meaning that a sink I bought was broken and then the replacement was also broken. I also bought a hob and it was badly damaged. They use DPD to deliver appliances if its shipped direct from them, and I think that's asking for trouble as they are not treated with care. I ended up having to wait in on 5 separate occasions for deliveries and returns and ended up with no sink, the hob was delivered from manufacturer and it was perfect. Might be fine for smaller things that don't need to be packed well, but I would not use again due to the above.

Very poor quality kitchen taps. Spent over 300 on a kitchen tap that has now corroded twice. The first time it happened I was sent a replacement spout, this time apparently it's impact damage. Caple: Putney Bridge Antique Brass Tap. 324.99. Might aswell buy the same looking tap on eBay for 50.00. Poor quality goods with equally poor customer care.

Never ever buy from them .the quality of the products is extremely bad, and they do not take any responsibility. They are so unhelpful after they have sold a product. I purchased evoline pop up socket for 169, and it started fading and getting scratches in just 10 days. They do not even feel sorry and consider replacing, they rather defend their substandard products. I warn everyone to not purchase from them. You will be duped.
