I have been looking for a storage box to keep all my shoes in for ages and on the off chance thought I would try Choices Furniture - I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked into the store two weeks ago, to the finished product being delivered to my house (ready built) today, everything was first class. Paul, the owner is both professional and friendly, with amazing customer service skills. There is no pressure to buy and he offers thorough advice. Paul explained that they have a specialist upholster who would make me a bespoke box. I chose everything from the dimensions to the fabric (even down to picking chrome rather than gold hinges). Nothing was too much trouble, the product is perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend Choices Furniture.

From the first contact with Choices until the delivery of the chosen furniture was seamless. I required a wardrobe and chest of drawers for unusual size recesses in my bedroom. The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly, showing me a range of options and styles from catalogues and in pieces of furniture in the showroom. The furniture is of a high quality and prices are very reasonable. Upon choosing the furniture the order arrived within the timescale given. The delivery and building of the furniture went smoothly. All the staff involved were professional and customer orientated. Without hesitation, I would recommend Choices and will definitely be returning in the future. We used choices furniture last Aug and we cannot be happier, we went first for our bed and the amount of choice was amazing and Paul could not have been more helpful, or made us feel more at home! We then went back for our wardrobes. In the end (and after firstly ordering one but then calling to change our mind, they were absolutely amazing about it) we finally chose one in the shop that needed to be cut to size- and it was amazing, from the lady (sorry, I havent got your name) to the joint owner who came specifically to our house to measure) to the delivery guys, who also put the wardrobe and bed together for us. Everyone was exceptional. I am just sorry it has taken so long to get around to doing this review because you are incredible and the quality of the furniture is also amazing- we will be back when we need more furniture and thank you to you all!
