This place is a nightmare. I have been calling, emailing AND contacting them on Facebook. I found the number on Instagram and no one answers....I paid for service I never got and I'm pretty sure I got scammed.... go me.... noticed their main store front shut down as well. Avoid...BIG TIME..I wish I noticed reviews

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS. Placed my order on 20th October for a personalised item which was apparently ready and dispatched within 2 days. Waited until 29th October before contacting them to be told that Royal Mail have delayed the item and to give it until the next day. Waited but nothing received. Contacted them again but no response. Called the number and left a message. Waited a couple of days. Called the number again but this time the line was dead. Immediately raised it with PayPal. Still waiting for my item (which was probably never dispatched) or a refund. Shocking service!

I have purchased two personlised keyrings and they are both fantastic. I had to ring the company with a query and they were so helpful. Will definitely purchase again from this company.

Ordered personalised item on 8th December for a Christmas gift but as the other reviews state I have not yet Received my parcel! I have emailed several times with no response! They have taken my money but not even bothered to tell me any delays or issues with the order POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE do not use!! They need reporting to the tradesmen!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! Like othrr reviews me and my daughter have had the problems ordered on the 10/12 paid extra for delivery still no sign of my parcel phone is constantly engaged and havr ignored all emails. I have now raised a query with paypal to get my money back. Seriously stay away people
