        ALC Roofing called round in April 2021 to look at the roof repair that I needed doing and said I would have a quote within 2 weeks - no quote arrived, chased it up and was told they were busy but would get back to me .. 5 months later and still no quote despite messaging them and receiving no reply! Maybe they are only interested in larger jobs which is rather short sighted as the customer with a small job needing doing today could be the customer with a large job needing to be done in the future - terrible service with zero communication!

        ALC are fantastic! Asked them to do a small job! No trouble at all. Work completed the next day to a great standard. Can't speak about them highly enough and will definitely use them again.
