        Very poorly conducted letting agents 3 years no repair broken toilet broken floor doors that didnt open windows that wouldnt close due to broken mechanism roof falling apart radiators leak waited 3 years for them to be sorted and all you ever got was oh well get back to you and never did

        I have worked with MacDonald Property rentals for 15 years. They always go out of their way to help both landlords and tenants. Most recently on a relet they helped with many aspects of getting the house ready, queries from the new tenant and all the admin. without asking for extra fees. I trust them. I'm not naming anyone specifically because everyone you speak to does as much as they can to help.
