Jam Physio

Had a really poor experience here today, which takes the shine away from the place completely. So I called up this morning to ask to rearrange my appointment as the schools are on strike. I was told that I could not rearrange for another day and would be charged for the appointment. (I understand this in normal situations) however the lady said the only way I could avoid this is if I came to one of the other THREE free appointments that day as anything other than on the day is chargable. So I was hardly keeping customers away from having a slot that day. I feel really hard done by. Im the first to give good feedback when a place does well but the decision making today was shocking. Today would have been my third appointment at the place, which undoubtably would have been 4 afterwards. I have referred three separate people to go and see them and for me now, the relationship got completely broken. When I think of JamPhysio I no longer think of anything other than this bad decision, in my opinion, you should of allowed me to move it to next week when there was no school strike and understood slightly. The 1 star for me is completely based on how this was dealt with.

Would highly recommend this company. The staff are amazing at what they do and very knowledgeable. Help me so many times with my back. Would be going back without and hesitation.

Im am visiting blackpool for a magic convention and my back went into s very bad spasm. Alice and the team looked after me and got me looking human again! They are a highly skilled and caring team I highly recommend using them.

Jamie, Freya and the whole team are brilliant - so knowledgable, supportive and quite literally miracle-workers! Have visited JAM Physio for several different injuries over the years and they always piece me back together. Would whole heartedly recommend. Thanks guys!

Excellent physiotherapists. Knowledgeable and frequently staff. Recommend to everyone I know. Most of my family are/have received exceptional treatment.
